All Shareholders are invited to participate in this year’s (2021) annual meeting virtually via Zoom if you have an internet connection, or you can call-in using your cell phone or your landline (home phone). 

WE ENCOURAGE ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO ATTEND. 

Internet connection is needed when using your personal computer, laptop, tablet, Mac, or smartphone to join the meeting via Zoom. If you do not have internet &/or prefer to CALL-IN to join the Zoom meeting, please call Christina 718.225.9411 ext. 183 prior to the meeting during business hours Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 5 PM to obtain meeting Id, passcode and dial in number. 

1. You can register for the Annual Shareholders’ meeting via Zoom at: http://www.bayterraceannualmeeting.com 

2. After registering you will receive an email with a unique link specific for your unit, meeting ID and passcode to join the meeting via Zoom. Please do not share the link. 

3. Please begin to join the Zoom meeting starting at 6:45 p.m. the night of Tuesday, June 2, 2021 by clicking on the link received in the electronic invitation. 

4. SMARTPHONE & TABLET USERS: If you have never used Zoom and you are using a smart phone or tablet, please download the Zoom App from your App Store prior to the meeting. 

PC USERS: If you are using a PC, and never used Zoom prior to the meeting, you will be prompted to click on “Run” at the bottom of your page to run the Zoom program (or click 

“download & run Zoom”), if prompted. 

5. You will then join the Meeting and see a small pop-up window. If your window says: 

“To hear others, please join Internet Audio,” choose: “CALL USING INTERNET AUDIO” 

6. Audio: Click on the link that says “Test Speaker and Microphone” if this is your first time using this device to videoconference. PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MUTED. 

7. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Shareholders may submit questions prior to the meeting through email to bayterraceannual@gmail.com. Questions can also be dropped off at the Queens Quality Management office. Questions will be answered during the Q & A session toward the end of meeting.
